- Event Setup, 7:00–9:00 AM | Set up race area, signage, check-in tables, barriers, and event materials.
- Race-Day Support, 8:30–11:00 AM | Assist with team check-in, participant organization, spectator guidance, and race operations.
- Event Cleanup, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM | Take down signage, collect supplies, remove event materials, and help restore Cottage Street.

Description
Help us bring one of Bar Harbor's favorite annual traditions to life! The Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce is looking for volunteers to help make this year's Bed Races a success. Whether you're available to help set up in the morning, assist during the races, or lend a hand with cleanup afterward, we'd love to have you involved!
Volunteer Opportunities
- Event Setup: Help prepare the race area, set up signage, barricades, and other event materials before the races begin.
- Race-Day Support: Assist with team check-in, directing participants, crowd guidance, and keeping the event running smoothly.
- Event Cleanup: Help take down signage, collect materials, and restore the race area following the event.

No previous event experience is necessary! We'll provide instructions and coordinate volunteer assignments ahead of time.
